About Me
My name is Erik and I’ve been a competitive team sports athlete since I was four years old. My athletic resume primarily consists of soccer having played traveling youth soccer, highschool varsity (four years), European club soccer in Austria (up to U-21) and Select Team while in the military. I’ve also played JV and Varsity basketball in highschool.

I played pond hockey as a kid during the winter months and after skiing but started playing the game regularly in my later 30’s. I have played in various beer league and private pickup games for the past 15-20 years. I currently play in an adult league in Northern California.

My personal goal is to maintain a level of play that enables me to continue to enjoy the great game of hockey and make a positive difference while on the ice. I also enjoy learning new skills or trying to master current ones. I’ve created this site as an open exchange for all of us who love the game, are over forty and want to keep improving. This is the place to share tips, tricks, ideas and information we can all benefit from. Thanks for visiting!
